Q: How do your loyalty points work?
A: For every purchase you make at Kids Dream, we offer a reward, each point is worth a penny that you can use for discounts on future purchases via our website. Our product page show how many points you will receive per item and once you have placed your order you will be given a total amount of points received for that purchase. You can redeem your points any time once you have earned 1 point or more, your points will never expire, the only time these points will be returned is if an order is cancelled or declined. You will receive your loyalty points once your order status is updated to delivered. In the unlikely event you are unsatisfied with your purchase or change your mind and wish to return your item your points will still be honoured for you to use if you wish to place another order with us in the future. Please note unfortunately you cannot redeem your loyalty points if you choose to checkout with Klarna, alternatively complete your order with Amazon Pay or Paypal, Many thanks.
Q: What if I am would like to return my purchase?
A: In the unlikely event a purchase from Kids Dream is faulty please email us prior to returning your item within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please note that due to the nature of personalised products we cannot offer refunds unless the item is faulty or personalisation is incorrect (and it is our mistake)

Could we kindly ask that items are returned in their original condition, packaging and labels attached. When returning your item please obtain proof of postage as it is our customers responsibility to make sure items are returned safely. Once we receive the item a full refund will be issued as soon as possible. We really appreciate customers do not wish to wait, but unfortunately no refunds can be issued before hand.
Q: What about printed items of clothing?
A: In the unlikely event you are not happy with the quality of your printed item, kindly return your purchase in original condition, packaging and labels attached and we will offer a full refund. If you simply change your mind due to specialised printing used we cannot accept refunds. We have high standards when it comes to checking our printed items so we will always ensure items are only sent out if they are perfect, DGT printing and dye sublimation inks are used which always give the best possible print quality. We have great trust in our printed baby items and we are sure you will love them too. Each item is designed exclusively by Kids Dream, so you will enjoy having a very unique piece of clothing for your little ones, they make great gift ideas too.
Q: What if my item is lost or damaged in transit?
A: Please call us via 0330 122 5619 or send us an email to email@example.com all our parcels are insured, a replacement item will be sent within 48- 72 hours after reporting the issue.
Q: We have found similar items why should I buy from Kids Dream?
A: All our items are in the UK ready to be dispatched without the need to wait. All items that are in stock are shipped straight away. Expected delivery times 2-5 working days in the UK (shipping times may vary if you are abroad) If you place an order before 11am your purchase will be dispatched the same day.

Q: How do I take advantage of Klarna pay after delivery?
A: Once you have decided what you would like to purchase at Kids Dream simply click the checkout button, you will then see an order summary, check everything is correct and you are happy and click the checkout securely button, you will then see an order summary which will lead you to a page that asks for your contact and address details. Below you will see payment options, just tick the pay after delivery option or select pay now by card. You will receive an email from Klarna with payment instructions. You can manage your order anytime just log in at Klarna PLEASE NOTE: There may be a slight delay dispatching your item if you choose to checkout with Klarna due to payment processing times. Q: If I choose to pay using Paypal Do I need a Paypal account?
A: No you can use the option to checkout as a guest so all you will need is a credit or debit card. You will still benefit from the extra security they offer and your purchase will be covered under their buyers protection.
Q: Do you offer payment plans to enable customers to pay by instalments?
A: Yes we are now offering payments plans which gives customers the opportunity to pay for your purchases spread over two or three instalments either weekly or monthly. Your order will need to placed either via the contact form on our website https://www.kidsdream.co.uk/contact-us-2-w.asp or email firstname.lastname@example.org. Please supply your Paypal email address, the items you would like to order and how you wish to pay either two/ three instalments weekly or monthly? we will then generate an invoice which we will send to you via email with a Paypal payment link. Please check the invoice to make sure everything is correct and you accept the payment amounts. Paypal will handle the payment plan, once all your payments have been made your order will be dispatched. Please note all payments have to be made by the 8th December to ensure your order will arrive in time for Christmas.
Q: Do I need a Paypal account to set up a payment plan?
A: No you don't need a Paypal account just supply your email address, we will then send you an invoice with a payment link which gives you the option to log in to your Paypal account or select "Don't have a Paypal account? Pay using your debit or credit card" the payment plan works exactly the same. No items will be dispatched until all payments have been made in full.
Q: If I choose to take advantage of Kids Dream payment plan when will the first payment be taken?
A: If you choose to pay weekly the first payment will taken the following week after the payment plan has been set up. If you choose to pay monthly the first payment will be taken instantly followed by equal payments the same date the following months. Please note all payments have to be made by the 8th December to ensure your order will arrive in time for Christmas.

What is great about Amazon Pay is for anyone who shops with Amazon you will have your address and payment details stored in your account, Amazon Pay provides the option to purchase goods and services from other websites at ease without having to enter any of your details, saves time and gives our customers comfort that we offer a secure checkout facility at Kids Dream.
Q: How do I pay using my Amazon account?
A: Simply place your order at Kids Dream, continue to checkout and click the Amazon Pay option. Follow the on- screen instructions.
Q: I have a gift voucher or promo code, how do I use it?
A: Once you have selected what products you would like to order, add these to your basket and click go to checkout, once you arrive on the next page you will see a few different payment options such as checkout securely, Paypal or Amazon pay. Click the checkout securely which will take you to the next page where you will see " I have a gift voucher or promo code " add your code here, but then if you wish to pay via Paypal or Amazon pay click on the alternative payment methods. Currently you are unable to add these codes when selecting the Paypal or Amazon pay button but this is something we are working on to improve our service.
Q: I see some of your items are pre-order only?
A: Yes some of our larger items come directly from manufacturers, some items are new brands to the UK and waiting for delivery and other items are so popular we struggle to keep them in stock. We always explain this in our descriptions but we appreciate this is sometimes overlooked, we are working on improving our pre-order service by adding a pre-order button to our website so this is much clearer for our customers.
